    Bois à chant vif, « rivières » colorées. Plusieurs essences et couleurs. Tailles: basses, repas, consoles; sur mesure possible. Finition brillante (ou satin/mate).

    Accessoires faits main
    Sous-verres (résine/verre), plateaux, bougeoirs, panneaux décoratifs, petites sculptures — coordonnés aux tables et verres.

    Commandes sur mesure & entreprises
    Consultation, maquettes, révisions. Commandes en gros pour événements/cadeaux. Livraison et installation locale (Québec).

    Ateliers DIY (sur réservation)
    Coulée de résine, impressions sur verre, personnalisation de tasses, impression 3D.

  • At La Shop à Karo, we want you to love your handcrafted piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work.

    Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

    • Custom or personalized items (including bespoke river tables, custom engraving, and made-to-order pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    How to start a return

    1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

    Return shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.

    Inspection and refunds

    • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the refund status within 7 business days.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

    • If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.

    Damaged or defective items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs when applicable.

    Exchanges

    • Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase. Contact us to arrange a return authorization, then place a new order for the desired item.

    Cancellations

    • Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.

    • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
