Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized items (including bespoke river tables, custom engraving, and made-to-order pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to start a return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
Inspection and refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the refund status within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs when applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and a new purchase. Contact us to arrange a return authorization, then place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
