Shipping policy

Upon your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to you by email with all the details of your order.

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days for residents of Quebec, with a tracking number emailed to you.

All shipping is free on orders of $149 or more. This free is applicable to Canadian orders only.

For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post's delivery standards (https://www.canadapost.ca).

For orders shipped outside of Canada, a delay of 2 to 4 weeks is to be expected. Taxes and customs fees will be at the expense of the buyer.

Returns and exchanges policy

No returns or exchanges, due to the personalized nature of the items ordered.

Each of our products is designed and printed according to your specifications and preferences. Take the opportunity to personalize a gift or even a product for yourselfme.

As a safeguard against identity theft and credit card fraud, PayPal informs us that when a shipping address is unconfirmed (usually because it is not the same as the 'billing address). This warning draws our attention to the risk associated with the transaction. We are required to verify your email address information before processing your order.

If we receive an order for which the delivery address is deemed "unconfirmed", the processing of the order is interrupted, and an email is sent to you. The order is processed only after we have received an email response containing the requested confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation by the customer:

Orders can be canceled only if a cancellation is requested before your order is processed. If your order has already been processed, it will be impossible for us to refund or cancel your order.

Cancellation by Shop in Karo

In the event of a product being out of stock, pricing errors or any unforeseen discrepancies, orders may not be processed and you will be notified. Shop à Karo reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason with notification to the customer.

Gift cards purchased on our online store can only be redeemed for merchandise on our website (www.shopakaro.com).
